Every new account gets 7 days of full access — every note, the AI tutor, quizzes and study decks — before you pay anything. Because you can try everything before buying, we normally do not refund paid plans after the withdrawal period below.
If you live in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because our content is delivered immediately as digital content, you lose this right once you confirm, at checkout, that you want immediate access. If you withdraw before that, we refund you in full within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
After you have accessed the paid content (which begins the moment you buy, once you confirm immediate access), we do not refund the single-payment plans. The monthly plan is not refunded for a month you have already used; cancelling it stops future charges.
